Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will request a photo of the damage or defect and work with you to either:

• Replace the item (if possible)
• Offer store credit toward a future purchase

Why We Do Final Sale

Final Sale items include limited edition pieces, handmade and clearance items. Because of their unique nature, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
